Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy
In order to guarantee the booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount via credit card or (wire) bank transfer is required as down payment. Full payment upon arrival.

Cancellation Penalty Policy

• For any cancellation that takes place at least 21 days before the arranged arrival date, there are no cancellation fees.
• For any cancellation that takes place 21 days or less prior to the arranged arrival date, there will be a fee of the 50% of the total amount.
• In case of non-show there will be a fee of the 100% of the total amount.
• In case of departure prior to the arranged date there will be a fee of the 50% of the remaining stay.

Check-In Policy
Check-In time: 14:00
Check-Out time: 10:00

For extending your stay after 12:00 and until 18:00, you will be charged 50% of the daily rate. For extending your stay after 18:00, you will be charged as an extra night.

Special Note:
The hotel reserves the right to modify all rates in case of a Value Added Tax Adjustment (VAT) regulated by the Greek Government.
